Job Description

As a member of our frontline team, you will play a crucial role in monitoring and maintaining the performance of our production infrastructure and applications. Your key responsibility will be to identify incidents, trigger response actions, and ensure proper documentation and escalation.

This is an entry-level role ideal for someone who wants to grow in the field of technical operations, monitoring, and incident coordination. You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless delivery of services.

  • Monitor Systems: Use tools like Grafana, Prometheus, and Kibana to monitor the availability and performance of systems.
  • Respond to Alerts: Trigger response actions based on predefined procedures and runbooks.
  • Triage Incidents: Conduct initial triage to determine severity and next steps.
  • Escalate Issues: Escalate issues to the appropriate teams while maintaining clear communication.
  • Log Incidents: Log incidents and follow up within the ticketing system (e.g., Jira Service Management).
Requirements
