Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Junior IT Support. This position involves providing first-level technical assistance and ensuring the smooth operation of hardware, software, and networks.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for responding to user queries via phone, email, and ticketing system, offering prompt support and resolving issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.

Additionally, this role requires the ability to install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals, as well as assist with basic network troubleshooting and equipment maintenance.

The successful candidate will also provide basic user training and assist in the creation of training materials, as well as support daily back-office tasks related to Supply Chain.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or Networking is preferred but not required.
  • Entry-level experience in IT support or similar technical roles (internship or project experience considered).
  • Familiarity with computer hardware/software and basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
  • Proficiency in using MS Office and Google Workspace tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
