HR Operations Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned HR Operations Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing employee lifecycles, coordinating HRIS processes, and analyzing data to inform business decisions. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.

  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure seamless transitions
  • Coordinate HRIS data management, including access levels and new feature implementations
  • Analyze data to inform business decisions and improve HR operations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in HR Operations or a related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
