Logistics Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Operations Specialist to join our team. This individual will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of import shipments for clients.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
A successful Logistics Operations Specialist will have advanced business writing and oral skills in both English and Greek, as well as proficiency in Orian ERP and MS Office.
Responsibilities- Verify documentation and shipment details for import/export shipments.
- Coordinate bookings with trucking companies, agents, and correspondents, providing accurate delivery instructions to carriers.
- Prepare and load notes as necessary.
- Ensure accuracy within the company's ERP system (Orian).
- Generate and distribute required road freight documents.
- Demonstrated experience in operations or a relevant position.
- Previous experience in the shipping freight forwarding industry is desirable.
- High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or other related fields.
- Advanced MS Office skills.
