We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Support Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about logistics and customer service, who are eager to assist clients with their shipping inquiries and needs.
- Provide exceptional support to clients regarding logistics and shipping services through various communication channels.
- Assist clients with inquiries related to shipments, tracking, service options, and company policies.
- Effectively resolve client complaints and issues to ensure seamless shipping experiences.
- Document client interactions accurately and ensure all queries are followed up in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to coordinate client requests and optimize service delivery.
- Stay informed about current logistics trends and company offerings to provide knowledgeable assistance.
- Gather client feedback to contribute to service improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Czech and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably within the logistics or shipping sector.
- Strong communication skills with a client-focused attitude.
