As an HR & Payroll Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our employee lifecycle. Your expertise in payroll processing, workforce management, and process improvement will be invaluable to our organization.

This is a hands-on position that requires someone who can manage day-to-day HR operations while identifying and implementing process enhancements to boost efficiency and effectiveness. Key responsibilities include:

  • Onboarding and offboarding processes related to the payroll system and ERGANI system, including all required declarations and submissions
  • Entering and managing work schedules and changes within the ERGANI system
  • Collecting and analyzing payroll-related data, such as overtime, shifts, maternity leaves, advance payments, vacation planning, and other payroll components, utilizing HRM and payroll platforms for necessary calculations
  • Serving as the primary contact for payroll and HR inquiries, ensuring employees receive the necessary support
  • Maintaining compliance with labor laws and regulations through accurate employee records and reporting requirements
  • Handling customer inquiries and addressing their needs
  • Processing the full payroll cycle with precision, accuracy, and compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Providing labor law advice, in cooperation with the Legal Department, for our clients
  • Performing various administrative tasks relevant to the HR/Workforce department

Key qualifications for this role include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in an HR Assistant role, including payroll processing and workforce management
  • Excellent knowledge of ERGANI, EFKA procedures, and payroll regulations
  • Familiarity with Business Payroll software by Epsilon Net
  • Professional certification (office: outlook, excel)
  • Advanced business writing and oral skills in both Greek and English
  • Ability to handle confidential information and solve problems effectively
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to multitask and juggle multiple responsibilities simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with attention to detail
