As we continue to grow, we are looking for an in-house payroll expert to collaborate with us on exciting projects.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Junior Payroll Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in processing payrolls for client employees accurately and on time.

Maintaining accurate payroll records, including salaries, working hours, overtime, and deductions is a crucial responsibility of this role.

The selected candidate will support client communication, help resolve payroll-related queries and stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations.

In addition, they will prepare and submit payroll reports and documentation for clients and relevant authorities, contributing to process improvement initiatives to enhance payroll efficiency and accuracy.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in Economics, Finance or related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in payroll or administrative support, ideally within human resources
  • Good understanding of labor laws and payroll processes
  • Familiarity with payroll software and solid skills in Excel
  • Ability to manage client communications effectively and resolve issues professionally
  • Attention to detail, ability to multitask, and perform under tight deadlines
  • Team spirit, positive mindset, and willingness to learn
