Expert Payroll Services Required

We seek a seasoned professional to provide expert guidance on payroll processes, compliance and optimization.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of payroll regulations and the ability to ensure accurate and timely payroll execution for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing ensuring accuracy and compliance with local labor laws and tax regulations.
  • Advise clients on best payroll practices statutory requirements and system improvements.
  • Ensure timely and accurate salary payments benefits administration and deductions.
  • Stay up to date with payroll-related legislation and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Handle payroll-related audits reporting and documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance Accounting HR or a related field.
  • Proven experience in payroll processing and consulting.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll software e.g. SAP Soft One or similar.
  • Familiarity with tax laws labor regulations and social security contributions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines effectively.
  • Strong communication skills and client-oriented mindset.
