As a customer expert, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional service to our clients by identifying their needs and delivering tailored solutions. You will work closely with the sales team to guide customers through the ordering process, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide support with billing inquiries and account management.

We are looking for individuals who possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Romanian. A good command of English is also required. If you have previous sales experience or possess technical research skills, this will be an added advantage. Additionally, we value candidates who are empathetic, adaptable, and willing to learn and grow with our organization.

Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed in this role. You will receive full support to ease your relocation to Greece, including flight tickets expenses, hotel accommodation, and assistance with house searching. Key Responsibilities:
