ΚΑΘΗΚΟΝΤΑ ΘΕΣΗΣ
Υποστηρικτικές δραστηριότητες στην έκδοση της μισθοδοσίας της εταιρείας
Έκδοση payroll reports
Καταχώρηση, διαχείριση και υποβολή δεδομένων στο πληροφοριακό σύστημα ΕΡΓΑΝΗ
Διαχείριση αιτήσεων αδείας
Διαχείριση ανανεώσεων, λήξεων, προσλήψεων, οικ. αποχωρήσεων
Έλεγχος του συστήματος ωρομέτρησης και εξαγωγή Reports
Υποστηρικτικές δραστηριότητες του τμήματος HR (Συνεντεύξεις, Events, Εκδηλώσεις)
ΙΚΑΝΟΤΗΤΕΣ
Καλή γνώση και χειρισμός του MS Office (κυρίως γνώση Excel)
Καλή γνώση του πληροφοριακού συστήματος ΕΡΓΑΝΗ
Καλή γνώση γνώση της Αγγλικής Γλώσσας
ΕΠΙΘΥΜΗΤΕΣ ΔΕΞΙΟΤΗΤΕΣ
Ικανότητα επικοινωνίας
