Strategic HR Leader

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to lead our team's human capital initiatives. This key role involves driving business growth by fostering a positive work environment, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and developing strategies for employee engagement and retention.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement human resources strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to management on HR-related matters, providing guidance on employee relations, benefits administration, and payroll processes.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and deliver training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and regulations, ensuring compliance across all HR practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
