Job Title: Financial Planning Strategist

Job Description:

As a Financial Planning Strategist, you will be responsible for designing and managing the company's budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring framework. You will support decision-making at both strategic and operational levels, ensuring financial discipline and alignment with the company's long-term goals.

Closely collaborate with all departments to contribute to financial visibility, effective planning, and control during the construction and operational phases of airport projects. Prepare and coordinate annual budgets and mid-year revision processes, ensuring consistency across departments and alignment with strategic and project timelines.

Maintain and update long-term financial models to support business planning and scenario analysis. Liaise with departments to consolidate inputs, validate assumptions, and support forecast accuracy. Prepare management reports, dashboards, and variance analyses to support financial oversight.

Monitor budget execution and provide insights on deviations, cost drivers, and performance trends. Maintain headcount and operational cost tracking models, working closely with relevant teams for financial planning support. Support the development and implementation of MIS tools to enhance reporting automation and accuracy.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial data flows and forecasting methodologies. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on financial modeling or data analytics initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

3–5 years of relevant experience in financial planning, analysis, or business controlling. Prior experience in capital-intensive industries is highly desirable. Experience in infrastructure or airport development projects is a plus.

Strong proficiency in Excel and reporting tools (e.g., MIS dashboards). Good working knowledge of financial modeling; familiarity with ERP systems is preferred.
