Financial Crime Prevention Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled specialist to join our team and contribute to the prevention of financial crime. As a Financial Crime Prevention Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting customers via phone, chat, and email, while also preventing fraud, protecting data, and safeguarding our customers.

  • Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service and support, ensuring that all customers receive a high level of satisfaction.
  • You will work closely with our team to identify and prevent potential financial crimes, such as money laundering and terrorist financing.
  • You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reporting any suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Fluency in Spanish is required, with excellent written and oral communication skills.
