Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support customers via various communication channels, including phone, chat, and email.

  2. Prevent fraud, protect data, and safeguard customers by identifying and addressing potential issues promptly.

  3. Develop strong relationships with customers through empathetic and professional interactions.

  4. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently.

  5. Maintain accurate records and reports on customer interactions.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines

  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles or similar environments

  • Computer literacy and proficiency in CRM tools

  • Reliability, adaptability, and a positive attitude

  • Citizenship or valid work permit for Greece required
