Customer Service Representative

  • Stay informed: Familiarize yourself with the latest products, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Document interactions: Record customer interactions and feedback to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the team: Share customer feedback and suggestions for service improvement with the E-commerce team.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in Italian and English: Strong language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service: Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences in an e-commerce or retail environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to handle challenging situations and resolve complaints effectively.
  • Familiarity with online shopping platforms: Knowledge of customer service software and ability to adapt quickly to new systems.
  • Detail-oriented and organized: Enthusiasm for e-commerce and a commitment to helping customers find the best products for their needs.
