">Your primary responsibilities as a strategic account manager will include developing and implementing customized business strategies to meet client objectives, with the goal of long-term growth and profitability. Key activities include organizing meetings and presentations to promote our services, identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with key clients.
- Developing and implementing strategic plans for assigned accounts in line with company objectives, focusing on sustainable growth and profitability.
- Organizing meetings, presentations and demonstrations to promote our services and products to existing and potential customers.
- Pursuing and closing new sales opportunities across various markets, including diesel engine components, upgrade systems, and technical services.
- Preparing and providing required sales documentation and promotional materials to clients, highlighting the benefits and value of our solutions.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams and different levels of employees globally to achieve successful outcomes and meet customer needs.
- Maintaining strong relationships with key clients through regular communication, issue resolution, and customer feedback.
- Meeting annual sales targets and other performance indicators while continuously improving sales processes and strategies.
- Providing market insights, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback to inform business development decisions.
- Conducting all sales activities with the highest level of professionalism, integrity, and customer service.
- Identifying and exploring new business opportunities through market analysis and customer feedback, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Assisting in structuring business channel strategies and recommending innovative ideas to enhance market competitiveness.
About You
- University degree in Marine or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience and qualifications.
- A minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the maritime industry or multinational companies, demonstrating strong customer focus and sales drive.
- Extensive knowledge of diesel engines and related technologies.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, influencing, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong autonomy, proactiveness, and problem-solving capacity, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Good team work and corporation skills, with the ability to contribute to a dynamic and collaborative work environment.
- Master's degree in Business Management or a related field is an asset, as well as excellent command of MS Office applications and English language.
