Department Leader

Responsibilities

As a Department Leader, you will report to the Shop Manager and be accountable for:

  • Providing an exceptional customer service experience by ensuring high commerciality levels
  • Securing optimal product availability and preventing overstocking
  • Implementing actions to improve Brand capital, ICSS, and 4 axes indices
  • Maximizing commercial KPIs
  • Acting as an interim Shop Manager when needed
  • Ensuring adherence to company guidelines, legal requirements, and health & safety standards at all times
  • Monitoring and improving operating costs and related KPIs within your area of responsibility
  • Supporting Cashiers' operations and routines according to company procedures
  • Managing and maintaining a motivated team capable of achieving agreed objectives

**Required Skills and Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred

• Good command of Greek and English languages

• Proficiency in MS Office

• Strong people management skills

• Achievement drive, initiative-taking, and problem-solving abilities

• Commercial thinking and customer focus

• Excellent planning and organizational skills

• Very good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
