
Retail Store Operations Director

- Securing a high level of customer service experience by creating and offering the best commercial experience
- Securing appropriate availability of products and preventing overstock
- Implementing actions to improve Brand capital, ICSS & 4 axes indices
- Maximizing all commercial KPIs
- Acting as an Assistant Shop Manager when needed/required
- Fulfilling company, legal and health & safety guidelines in all areas of responsibility and at all times
- Closely monitoring, controlling and improving operating costs and KPIs related to the area of responsibility
- Supporting Cashiers' operation and related routines according to Company procedures
- Assessing/agreeing/amending daily/weekly shift schedule as per Company procedures
- Selecting, developing and maintaining a motivated team capable of achieving agreed objectives
For this role, we require:
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business Administration
- Good command of Greek & English language
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- People management skills
- Achievement drive, initiative taking and problem solving skills
- Commercial Thinking
- Customer Focus
- Good planning and organizational skills
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and strict deadlines
