  • Securing a high level of customer service experience by creating and offering the best commercial experience
  • Securing appropriate availability of products and preventing overstock
  • Implementing actions to improve Brand capital, ICSS & 4 axes indices
  • Maximizing all commercial KPIs
  • Acting as an Assistant Shop Manager when needed/required
  • Fulfilling company, legal and health & safety guidelines in all areas of responsibility and at all times
  • Closely monitoring, controlling and improving operating costs and KPIs related to the area of responsibility
  • Supporting Cashiers' operation and related routines according to Company procedures
  • Assessing/agreeing/amending daily/weekly shift schedule as per Company procedures
  • Selecting, developing and maintaining a motivated team capable of achieving agreed objectives

For this role, we require:

  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business Administration
  • Good command of Greek & English language
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • People management skills
  • Achievement drive, initiative taking and problem solving skills
  • Commercial Thinking
  • Customer Focus
  • Good planning and organizational skills
  • Very good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and strict deadlines
