IT Infrastructure Manager

We are seeking an experienced System Infrastructure Manager to oversee the development and implementation of our IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration and high performance.
• Develop and implement security policies to safeguard against potential threats and maintain data integrity.
• Support Active Directory and other critical systems to ensure smooth operation.
• Provide expert-level support for server virtualization, installation, and maintenance of operating systems.
• Monitor system performance, proactively troubleshoot issues, and optimize system efficiency.
• Implement and maintain backup procedures to prevent data loss.
• Manage Microsoft Exchange and Office 365 accounts, ensuring optimal functionality and user experience.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Master's degree will be considered as an asset, demonstrating advanced knowledge and skills.
• Strong expertise in Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, Group Policy, patch management, and virtualization technologies.
• Comprehensive understanding of network protocols, firewall management, system security, and best practices.
• Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash) to drive automation and improve efficiency.
• Effective problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a focus on innovation and creativity.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Azure, with a strong understanding of their applications and benefits.
