Key Objectives:

  • Oversee and enhance the organization's IT infrastructure
  • Develop and implement security protocols
  • Provide Active Directory support
  • Offer server virtualization assistance
  • Install and maintain operating systems
  • Monitor system performance and proactively troubleshoot issues
  • Monitor and maintain backup procedures
  • Manage Microsoft Exchange and Office 365 accounts

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Master's degree will be considered beneficial.
  • Strong expertise in Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, Group Policy, patch management, and virtualization technologies
  • Comprehensive understanding of network protocols, firewall management, system security
  • Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash) to drive automation.
  • Effective problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Azure.
