Job Title: Freight Forwarding Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced freight forwarding specialist to join our team. As a key member of our logistics department, you will be responsible for coordinating the transportation of goods by air.

• Liaise with air freight vendors and airlines to secure the best possible terms of shipment.
• Formulate and manage the airfreight pricing policy.
• Communicate with overseas agents to obtain costs and facilitate bookings.
• Canvass the Greek market for import and export clients and support the sales teams in customer visits.
• Maintain and build the customer portfolio/accounts with particular emphasis in the development of Air cargo shipments.
• Maintain communication with assigned customer's portfolio.
• Ensure proper follow up of quotations, shipments, and customer's feedback.
• Effectively communicate with vendors as may be required for the handling of the warehousing and last mile delivery including the related costs of air cargo shipments.
• Work closely with the sales teams and maintain responsibility of the budgeted performance.
• Prepare reports and air stats as may be required to the Commercial Management.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in sales, inside sales, commercial strategy, or business intelligence.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Understanding of Marketing-driven sales strategies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Ability to create clear, impactful customer reports, sales presentations.
• Highly organized, able to multitask and work in fast-paced, high growth environment.
• Excellent English.
