Αναζητούμε άτομα για τηλεφωνική εξυπηρέτηση πελατών.

Περιγραφή Ρόλου
  • Επιθυμούμε άτομα που θα μπορέσουν να διαχειριστούν εισερχόμενες κλήσεις για την βέλτιστη κάλυψη των αυξανόμενων αναγκών των πελατών.
  • Θα εκτελέσετε καθημερινές δραστηριότητες και συμβάλλετε στην ανάπτυξη της ομάδας.
  • Σας απαιτούνται οι αντρεπτικές ικανότητες για λήψη και καταχώρηση παραγγελιών/αιτημάτων.
Ικανότητες και Προσόντα:
  • Για να προσελκύσετε τους πελάτες και να αποκτήσετε εμπειρία, χρειάζεται η ανάμειξη στην επικοινωνία και η καλή χρήση του προφορικού λόγου.
  • Ομαδικό πνεύμα και συνεργασία είναι απαραίτητα.
  • Απολυτήριο Λυκείου, ΙΕΚ/ΤΕΙ/ΑΕΙ.
  • Γνώση της Αγγλικής γλώσσας και Η/Υ.

Οι υποψήφιοι που πληρούν τα κριτήρια θα επικοινωνηθούν από την εταιρεία με απόλυτη εμπιστευτικότητα.
