Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Office Clerk at Protergia located in Kallithéa. You will be responsible for day-to-day customer service tasks, communicating with clients, handling inquiries, and providing excellent service to customers.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service experience
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Fluency in Greek and English
• Strong organizational skills
• Previous experience in the energy industry or telecommnication companies will be considered a strong asset
• University diploma or equivalent
