ICAP Contact Center is a member of ICAP OUTSOURCING SOLUTIONS, the leading business to business services provider in Greece with more than 55 years of successful operation. Its high-level customer care knowledge is incorporated to the ICAP Contact Center's procedures and methodology and is offered in a value-added format to ICAP Contact Center's customers.

ICAP Contact Center is dedicated in providing high level contact center services as an outsourcing services provider to the largest organizations in Greece, having established successful long-term cooperations through achieving its customers' goals and preserving win-to-win relationships we are looking for a talented representative to join our customer service team.

Job Description:

  • Handle inbound calls or emails or chats providing accurate satisfactory answers to customers queries and request
  • Complete customers request in due time with a focus on quality
  • Manage customers requests in due time and with patience and empathy
  • Guide customers through processes, products, or services

Requirements:

  • High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent
  • Comfortable using computers
  • Excellent Communication and Written Skills
  • Basic knowledge of English
  • Good empathy and listening skills to de-escalate situations and identify the underlying issues of a problem
