The role

We're seeking a Sales Support Assistant
to keep our sales engine running smoothly. This full-time,
hybrid
role (Kallithea + WFH) supports client service and sales operations, ensuring fast, accurate communication between clients and the sales team.

What you'll do

  • Handle inbound client inquiries and route them to the right colleague
  • Prepare/track listings and sales files; process orders and basic paperwork
  • Maintain CRM & customer databases; keep data clean and reports current
  • Coordinate appointments, viewings, and follow-ups; manage calendars/inboxes
  • Produce simple proposals, summaries, and status updates for clients
  • Liaise with Legal/Property Management/Marketing to keep deals moving

What you bring

  • Proven
    Customer Service/Support
    mindset and excellent
    communication
    (written & verbal)
  • Experience in
    Sales Operations
    or assisting sales teams; understanding of basic sales processes
  • Strong organization and attention to detail; deadline discipline
  • Comfortable in a
    hybrid
    setup (office + remote)
  • Real estate experience is a
    plus
  • Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Nice to have

  • Greek & English fluency; MS Office/Google Workspace
  • Familiarity with CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive), basic document templates
  • Respect for confidentiality & GDPR practices
