Your role: As an Accounting Assistant, you will be supporting our business growth and finance department by processing transactions and expenses as well as updating our accounting database.

How you will contribute to our success:

  • Provide support to the Accounting Department;
  • Monitor and document transactions;
  • Update and maintain our accounting database with data entry and reports;
  • Process transactions, issue checks, and update ledgers, budgets and all relevant documents;
  • Assist with audits, fact checks, and resolve discrepancies;
  • Communicate with our Procurement Department, internal stakeholders and public services if needed;
  • Draft and prepare reports.

To be a fit you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Finance or another similar field;
  • 1-2 years of financial accounting experience, preferably in the technology and service industries;
  • Very good knowledge of the MS Office platform;
  • Good command of the German language (current level B1);
  • Hands on knowledge of ERP;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills;
  • Willingness for self- as well as professional development and excellence;
