Your role: As a Construction Administrator you will assist our company with the efficient completion of our FTTx projects by executing a variety of administrative tasks. The position holder will handle sensitive information and content with confidentiality and discretion.

How you will contribute to our success:

  • Assist the Account and Project Managers with the evaluation of all contract documents and preparing reports for any deficiencies in the project;
  • Create project schedules, and communicate project updates;
  • Maintain accurate work logs, job information sheets, project team rosters as well as documents regarding FTTx projects and construction, including maintenance agreements, equipment information and warranties;
  • Performing billing tasks - preparing invoices, changing orders, work orders, purchase orders etc.

To be a fit you will need:

  • Higher education degree;
  • 1-3 years of relevant working experience in construction services, administrative support, contract administration, or relevant field;
  • Understanding of the construction industry and processes;
  • Basic accounting skills;
  • Excellent command of the English language, oral and written;
  • Excellent use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint);
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills;
  • Ability to work -when needed- independently as well as in a Team.

Ideally you will also have:

  • Good command of the German language, oral and written;
