Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

As an
Administrative Assistant – Property Management Department
, you will handle the administrative operations of multiple properties, including maintaining property files, recording reserve fund deposits and expenses, arranging payments for utilities and building maintenance, coordinating with building managers, and supporting project controlling activities. You will work in close collaboration with the Property Management Supervisor, colleagues, and partners to track requests, resolve issues, and maintain accurate records in CRM and internal systems.

  • Microsoft Office
    proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with
    CRM or property management software
    is an asset
  • Meticulous with great attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience in
    property management, real estate, or service-oriented industries
    preferred
  • Ability to record, track, and manage financial transactions and administrative data accurately
