Administrative Assistant

BGI-EUROPE S.A. member of the BGI GROUP, a fast-growing company in the Greek market, is seeking for an Administrative Assistant to join the Financial Department based in Koropi, Attica. The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily operations of the department, ensuring efficiency, compliance with the company's policies and smooth office administration.
What you'll do:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth daily operation of the office.
Coordinate schedules and meetings for executives.
Assist with organizing events, conferences, and training sessions.
Manage and maintain records, contracts, and invoicing processes.
Support the preparation of reports, proposals, and other documentation.
Contribute to maintaining compliance with organizational policies and standards, including ISO procedures.
Collaborate with various departments to support ongoing projects and ad-hoc activities.
What you'll bring:
Bachelor's degree required in relevant field.
Proven experience in a similar role and/or relevant academic background.
Excellent command of both English and Greek (written and verbal).
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Familiarity with accounting principles, ERP and financial reporting.
Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional background.
Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic working environment.
