We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our prestigious luxury real estate company. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to our team, ensuring smooth operations, and delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Office Management:
    Manage day-to-day office operations, including answering phone calls, emails, and maintaining office supplies.
  2. Client Interaction:
    Greet clients and visitors, provide them with assistance, and ensure a professional and welcoming environment.
  3. Administrative Support:
    Assist in scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and managing calendars for executives and agents.
  4. Document Preparation:
    Prepare and format listings, presentations, and reports for meetings.
  5. Database Management:
    Maintain and update client databases, property listings, and other relevant records.
  6. Client Services:

Provide general support to agents and executives, including arranging travel, processing expenses, and handling inquiries.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.

·       
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

·       
Excellent command of the English language.

·       
French language skills are desirable.

·       
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

·       
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

·       
Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
