Administration Officer
for full-time employment.
Your Responsibilities:
- Communicating with clients and partners
- Collaborating with staff across all departments to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Managing electronic correspondence (email)
- Maintaining electronic and/or physical filing systems for the company
- Updating company's CRM system
Your Profile:
- Excellent knowledge and use of Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Excellent command of the English language
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
