Responsibilities:

  • Conducts measurements at construction sites and other work fields, supervises the proper execution of tasks, from the installation of Contractors to the acceptance and delivery of the projects
  • Implements contracts, checks the documents prepared by the Contractors
  • Maintains the project timeline and the project calendar
  • Implements the prescribed health and safety measures, in collaboration with the Environment – Health and Safety Department of Projects
  • Prepares memos, meeting minutes, correspondence and monitors the technical aspects of the project as required
  • Carries out checks on certifications and the material balance reports
  • Addresses factory-related issues or problems that arise on-site to ensure smooth operation of the construction site
  • Handles matters assigned by the head of the unit and in general by the Hierarchy

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a Polytechnic School
  • Master's degree in Engineering and/or Science and/or Business Administration will be considered an additional qualification
  • At least two (2) years of relevant experience on a construction site
  • Experience in a technical or construction company will be considered an additional qualification
  • License to practice the profession corresponding to the field of study
  • Certificate of announcement from the competent Regional Authority, permitting the exercise of all their activities outlined in P.D. 115/2012 and 108/2013
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD (and related software)
  • Good knowledge of the English language
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Internet
  • Availability in case of emergency (upon phone contact)
  • Availability for urgent geographical relocations
