 is a leading project and construction management company, providing end-to-end services for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects throughout Greece. Our team combines technical expertise with a commitment to quality, efficiency, and innovation.

The Construction Management Unit of Focal is expanding its team. It is seeking 
experienced Supervising Engineers
 to support a series of residential development projects across Greece, with openings in several key locations, including the 
Aegean and Ionian Islands
.

Role Overview

Successful candidates will oversee on-site construction activities, ensure compliance with design specifications, coordinate with contractors and stakeholders, and support the delivery of high-quality residential projects on schedule and within budget.

Locations

The position is Athens-based, working in multiple project sites nationwide, with immediate needs in:

  • Aegean Islands
  • Ionian Islands
  • Additional locations across Athens & Greece

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

  • Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or related discipline
  • Proven experience in supervision of construction sites (residential experience preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of Greek building regulations and construction standards
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Will be reporting to the Unit Director
