Ο Ρόλος του Βοηθού Λογιστή

Ο βοηθός λογιστή είναι μια πτυσσόμενη προσωπικότητα, απαραίτητη για την αποτελεσματική λειτουργία των οικονομικών διαδικασιών.

  • Διατελέσει στο να καταχωρεί δεδομένα και παραστατικά σε συστήματα like Softone.
  • Έχοντας υποστήριξη στην έκδοση απόδειξεων (τιμολόγια, πιστωτικά) καθώς επίσης και στη δημιουργία φακέλων εισαγωγής - εξαγωγής στα συστήματα Σoften.
  • Συμβάλλει στην καθημερινή συνεργασία με τις αποθήκες 3PL.
  • Συνεργάζεται άμεσα με τον εξωτερικό λογιστηρίου για τα μηνύματα έγκρισης.
  • Κάνει Reporting των εξόδων, πωλήσεων και άλλων δεικτών, προς τη διοίκηση.
  • Ενημερώνει το Εμπορικό Σύστημα της Compnay.
  • Συσχετίζει τους λογαριασμούς πελατών, προμηθευτών και πιστωτών.
  • Κάνε εκπαίδευση επιβατικών κίνηση รวม
