We are currently seeking, on behalf of our client – a major bank – a
Stock Trading - Customer Service Representative
to join a dynamic environment.

Location:
Athens

Model:
On-site

Schedule:
5 days/week, Monday to Sunday

Working Hours:
09:00–17:00

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer calls related to stock market requests.
• Provide accurate information regarding transactions, portfolios, and investment services.
• Deliver high-quality customer service while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Record and track requests in internal systems.

Requirements:

• Degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
• Mandatory:
  A1 Certification (Basic Investment Services)
  from the Bank of Greece.
• Basic knowledge of stock market operations and investment products.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Good command of English and excellent computer literacy.
