**Customer** Service **Agent** (**CS**-01)**
Θέλετε να γίνετε μέλος μιας νέας και φιλόδοξης ομάδας στο χώρο του Insurtech και της παροχής υπηρεσιών και να εργαστείτε για μια θυγατρική 2 μεγάλων Ομίλων σε Ελλάδα και Ευρώπη;
Αναζητούμε άτομα για τη στελέχωση του Κέντρου Εξυπηρέτησης των πελατών μας.
**Τι θα κάνετε καθημερινά**:
Τηλεφωνική υποστήριξη, διαχείριση και εξυπηρέτηση αιτημάτων πελατών. Πιο συγκεκριμένα:
- Επίλυση προβλημάτων και απαντήσεις σε ερωτήματα που έχουν οι πελάτες σχετικά με τα ασφαλιστικά προϊόντα που αγοράζουν από την ηλεκτρονική πλατφόρμα μας.
- Γρήγορη και αποτελεσματική εξυπηρέτηση, με απόλυτο επαγγελματισμό και τελικό στόχο την ικανοποίηση του πελάτη.
- Καταχώρηση και ενημέρωση πληροφοριών στο σύστημα διαχείρισης πελατών της εταιρείας (CRM).
- Επικοινωνία με τους συνεργάτες του Pricefox με σκοπό την διευθέτηση και εξυπηρέτηση των αιτημάτων των πελάτων μας.
- Συνεργασία και υποστηρίξει στο τμήμα πωλήσεων.
- Διαχείριση παραπόνων πελατών, παροχή κατάλληλων λύσεων εντός χρονικών περιθωρίων.
**Τι χρειάζεται να έχετε**:
- Να είστε απόφοιτοι Λυκείου ή τριτοβάθμιας εκπαίδευσης.
- Να μπορείτε να χρησιμοποιήσετε άνετα Η/Υ και CRM συστήματα.
- Να έχετε πελατοκεντρική προσέγγιση και αναπτυγμένες επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες.
