As a Guest Services Ambassador, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, creating a personalized experience through meaningful interaction.
You will work closely with the Front Office Team to ensure seamless check-in and check-out processes, billing, and accurate guest data collection. Additionally, you will be expected to communicate any guest issues promptly and maintain a positive attitude at all times.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing new and existing room reservations, online and offline
- Providing recommendations for dining, shopping, and activities in the local area
- Resolving guest queries and problems in a prompt and enthusiastic manner
- Maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction
Required Skills & Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Customer-oriented approach, self-motivation, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude
- Ability to perform under pressure and possess good time management skills
- High level of verbal and written communication skills, as well as competent computer skills
- Relevant experience in a similar role at a 4-5* hotel
- Excellent use of the English language
