Job Description:
As a German-English Customer Success Account Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences that drive revenue growth and foster long-term relationships.   • Prospect and engage with potential customers to understand their business needs and provide tailored product recommendations

  • Deliver product demonstrations and create customer-specific use cases to highlight the value of our solutions
  • Manage your pipeline effectively, providing accurate updates to management on progress and forecasts
  • Cultivate and nurture long-term customer relationships, understanding business objectives and advising customers

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
  • 1+ years of outbound sales experience, with focus on prospecting, lead qualification, negotiation, objection handling, generating new business opportunities, upselling, and cross-selling
  • Strong understanding of cloud-based solutions and subscription models
  • Proven ability to uncover and engage decision-makers, identify customer needs, and close deals over various channels such as phone, email, and social media
  • Ability to manage a high-volume pipeline and meet weekly, daily, and monthly sales targets
  • Ability to analyze customer data and market trends to identify growth opportunities
  • Confidence in presenting to and advising C-suite decision makers
