Service Delivery Director

As a Service Delivery Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality services to our clients. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers and ensure that their needs are met through effective project management and team leadership.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage service execution, ensuring customer satisfaction, SLA compliance, and team motivation.
- Identify trends that could lead to problems and take preventive measures.
- Evaluate service team risks and execute risk mitigation actions.
- Conduct periodic service reviews with customers and provide consolidated management reporting.
- Collaborate with the Sales & Delivery Management team to identify business opportunities.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in the IT sector, with 6 years in service delivery management.
- Background working experience with European institutions.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- ITIL Expert / Specialist / Strategist Certification is required.
