">We are seeking a highly skilled Certification Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the integrity of our certification processes.
">Your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch support to candidates, testing centers, and other stakeholders through various communication channels, including email, chat, and phone. You will address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience throughout the examination and certification process.
">In addition to your excellent communication skills, you will also be responsible for overseeing the secure and fair conduct of certification exams at designated testing centers or online platforms. You will enforce exam rules and protocols to maintain the integrity of the certification process and handle any technical or procedural issues that may arise during exams.
">You will work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency. This will involve executing administrative tasks related to exam registrations, scheduling, and result processing, as well as maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in our systems.
">To excel in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's degree in any discipline, as well as prior experience in a similar position or function. Previous working experience in the certification of persons and/or training and exam fields would be considered an asset. You must have excellent command of the English language and be proficient in Polish.
