Business Operations Specialist


Job Description:

We are looking for a professional to join our team in Thessaloniki, who will work on a shift of 9:00 - 17:00, with a non-fixed contract, at our offices in Thermi & City Center locations.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing documentation to ensure the smooth and on-time delivery of goods, communicating with clients across Europe countries, supporting clients in every stage of their contract by providing excellent customer service, data entry and electronic document management, collaborating with colleagues to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Prepare documents for timely and efficient delivery of products.

• Develop effective communication strategies with international clients.

• Deliver high-quality customer support throughout the client lifecycle.

• Manage data entry and maintain accurate electronic records.

• Work collaboratively with the team to meet customer needs.


Qualifications & Competencies:
Degree in Logistics or Business Administration. Preferably 2 years of experience in Back office position or sales. Excellent knowledge of English. Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office. Customer-centric approach. Critical thinking skills. Ability to perform under pressure and deadlines.
