As a leader in the global fashion industry, we seek a Store Manager to oversee daily operations and lead our sales team. This role is responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, meeting sales goals, and maintaining store standards.

  • The ideal candidate will have proven retail management experience and strong leadership skills to motivate their team.
  • They will be able to analyze sales data, make informed decisions, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • A university diploma is required; a degree in business or a related field is an asset.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Daily operations and overall management of the store
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve store sales goals and objectives
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues
  • Maintain product displays, signage, and merchandising standards throughout the store
  • Assist in training and onboarding new employees
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in managing stock replenishment and orders
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a retail management or supervisory role
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate others
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
