Job Title: Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Store Operations Manager to oversee the daily activities of our retail store.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Foster a client-centric mindset by developing strong relationships with customers
  • Implement clienteling initiatives and events to secure customer loyalty
Team Management:
  • Train, mentor, motivate, and provide constructive feedback to team members
  • Support team members to ensure a great customer experience
  • Promote an entrepreneurial approach, using effective communication, efficient organization, and professional growth
  • Ensure a safe and healthy working environment in compliance with regulations
Retail Operations:
  • Lead and manage all day-to-day operational activities of the store, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
  • Monitor and control store productivity levels, aiming to achieve targeted key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Implement personnel and resource planning strategies to optimize staff schedules
Requirements:
  • University degree or equivalent qualification
  • 2-3 years' experience in the retail industry (preferably fashion experience)
  • Excellent English language skills and computer literacy
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Numerical and analytical knowledge to monitor KPIs
  • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Leadership skills and business acumen
  • Customer service orientation with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes
  • Passion for sports and fashion
