**Assistant Operations Manager**
Ο / Η Assistant Operations Manager συνεργάζεται με τον Operation Manager προκειμένου να εφαρμόζονται οι σωστές διαδικασίες και πρακτικές σε ολόκληρο τον οργανισμό. Τα καθήκοντα λειτουργιών περιλαμβάνουν τη διαμόρφωση στρατηγικής, τη βελτίωση των επιδόσεων, την προμήθεια υλικού και πόρων και την εξασφάλιση της συμμόρφωσης.
Οι αρμοδιότητες του / της Assistant Operations Manager περιλαμβάνουν:
- Την εύρυθμη λειτουργία 5-8 επιχειρήσεων (Ξενοδοχειακές μονάδες, Καφέ - Εστιατόρια, Καταστήματα Ένδυσης)
- Παρακολούθηση καθημερινών λειτουργιών και αντιμετώπιση δυνητικών ζητημάτων όταν προκύπτουν
- Συντονισμός με το τμήμα Ανθρώπινων Πόρων, ώστε να διασφαλίζεται ότι ο προγραμματισμός προσλήψεων ανταποκρίνεται στις επιχειρηματικές μας ανάγκες
- Την παρακολούθηση των επιχειρηματικών αποτελεσμάτων
- Την ανάλυση κόστους - οφέλους
- Την παρακολούθηση των δεικτών παραγωγής
- Διασφάλιση της ομαλής λειτουργίας όλων των συστημάτων και της ευθυγράμμισής τους με τα πρότυπα ποιότητας
- Μεγιστοποίηση της αποτελεσματικότητας όλων των επιχειρηματικών διαδικασιών
- Καθιέρωση δεικτών παραγωγής και διεξαγωγή εκτιμήσεων ποιότητας
- Δημιουργία διαδικασιών που ανταποκρίνονται στους επιχειρηματικούς μας στόχους και διασφάλιση της συμμόρφωσης
- Παρακολούθηση οικονομικών δεδομένων και προτάσεις λύσεων που θα βελτιώσουν την κερδοφορία
- Συνεκτίμηση των αναγκών εξωτερικών και εσωτερικών ενδιαφερομένων και ενσωμάτωσή τους σε νέα στρατηγικά σχέδια
- Ουσιαστικά, θα διασφαλίζετε ότι όλες οι επιχειρηματικές λειτουργίες εναρμονίζονται με τους στρατηγικούς μας στόχους.
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:
- Δυνατότητα συχνών ταξιδιών στην Ελλάδα και Εξωτερικό (εμπορικές εκθέσεις, σεμινάρια κ.τ.λ.)
- Ευελιξία μετακινήσεων και διαθεσιμότητας
- Δυνατότητα παραμονής εκτός Αθηνών & Θεσσαλονίκης (ειδικά κατά τους μήνες Απρίλιο έως Οκτώβριο - Σεζόν)
- Άριστη γνώση & χειρισμό Η/Υ (Word, Excel, Outlook κλπ)
- Επιθυμητή (όχι όμως απαραίτητη) η εμπειρία σε ανάλογη θέση υποστήριξης με έντονο multitasking
- Άριστη προφορική και γραπτή χρήση Αγγλικών
- Άριστες οργανωτικές ικανότητες
- Ευστροφία, ταχύτητα αντίδρασης και δυνατότητα ανάληψης πρωτοβουλιών
- Θα πρέπει επίσης να έχετε εξαιρετικές ηγετικές δεξιότητες και να είστε σε θέση να επικοινωνείτε το όραμα της εταιρείας σε όλα τα επίπεδα.
