Αλυσίδα ξενοδοχείων με δραστηριότητα στην Χαλκιδική, αναζητά Operations Manager που θα αναλάβει την ευθύνη
της εύρυθμης καθημερινής λειτουργίας όλων των τμημάτων και δραστηριοτήτων εντός του ξενοδοχείου.
Καθήκοντα Θέσης
Ο/η κατάλληλος/η υποψήφιος/α θα αναλάβει μεταξύ άλλων, την κατάλληλη στελέχωση, καθοδήγηση και αξιολόγηση των εργαζομένων,
την προσέλκυση, διατήρηση και ανάπτυξη του πελατολογίου, την αποδοτική λειτουργία όλων των τμημάτων του ξενοδοχείου
και την βελτίωση της κερδοφορίας των δραστηριοτήτων, σύμφωνα με τις απαιτήσεις και την στοχοθέτηση της Διοίκησης.
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα
Κάτοχος πτυχίου ΑΕΙ / ΤΕΙ σχετικό με το αντικείμενο
Τουλάχιστον 5 έτη επαγγελματικής εμπειρίας σε αντίστοιχη θέση διοικητικής ευθύνης στην λειτουργία ξενοδοχείων
Άριστη γνώση Αγγλικών, χειρισμού Η/Υ
Εμπειρία στην διαχείριση ποιοτικών και ποσοτικών στόχων
Εμπειρία στην αποτελεσματική διοίκηση και καθοδήγηση προσωπικού
Απαραίτητες συστατικές επιστολές από προηγούμενους εργοδότες
