We are currently looking for a highly skilled Project Manager to join us in Group's subsidiary Aktor Facility Management, in Thessaloniki.

The PM will actively contribute to managing projects involving complex facilities such as industrial installations, office buildings, administrative buildings, photovoltaic parks, and recreational parks such as marinas in Thessaloniki.

The scope of the role includes:

  • Operation and Maintenance of large building premises and utility-scale photovoltaic plants.
  • Supervision of small-scale Construction Projects.
  • Energy upgrade of buildings.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (facility management, engineering, safety, etc.) and external subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Manage project budgets, ensuring costs are tracked and controlled within the allocated budget, with regular reporting on financial performance, without compromising quality or safety standards.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CAD software.
  • A strong understanding of technical operations.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and time management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities autonomously and deliver results under deadlines.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for advancing a career in the renewable energy and facility management fields.
  • Valid Driver's License.
