Η VERTICAL ENGINEERING, Τεχνική Εταιρεία στη Θεσσαλονίκη, ζητά έμπειρο Πολιτικό Μηχανικό για τη θέση του Project Manager στη διαχείριση μελετών και κατασκευαστικών έργων.
Η Εταιρεία μας δραστηριοποιείται σε ένα ευρύ φάσμα αρχιτεκτονικών και βιομηχανικών έργων, υψηλών προϋπολογισμών και σύνθετων τεχνικών απαιτήσεων σε όλη την Ελλάδα. Προσφέρουμε μια πλήρη γκάμα υπηρεσιών σχεδιασμού, μελέτης, αδειοδότησης, διαχείρισης, προμηθειών και κατασκευής συμβουλεύοντας τον πελάτη από τη σύλληψη της ιδέας του έργου μέχρι την ολοκλήρωσή του.
Βασικές αρμοδιότητες:
- Διαχείριση και συντονισμός έργων
- Σύνταξη χρονοδιαγράμματος Gantt και συνεχή ενημέρωση
- Σύνταξη προσφορών και προϋπολογισμών
- Σύνταξη απολογισμών
- Προμήθειες - παραγγελίες υλικών
- Επικοινωνία με πελάτες, εργοτάξιο, προμηθευτές
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:
- Δίπλωμα Πολιτικού Μηχανικού
- Τουλάχιστον 3ετή προϋπηρεσία σε τεχνική / κατασκευαστική εταιρία
- Άριστη γνώση MS Office
- Καλή γνώση της Αγγλικής γλώσσας
- Επιθυμητή γνώση σχεδιαστικού προγράμματος
- Επιθυμητή γνώση πολεοδομικής διαδικασίας αδειοδότησης
- Ομαδικότητα, υπευθυνότητα, συνέπεια
