This highly motivated team needs to be strengthened by a Project Manager who will oversee the successful elaboration of our projects worldwide.

Your role in more detail:

As a Project Manager, you will

  • Develop, review and revise a detailed project plan, including WBS, costs, milestones, time schedules, necessary equipment, raw materials and human resources
  • Identify and manage project risks and resolve any issues, to ensure timely project delivery, within scope, quality standards and within budget
  • Cooperate internally and conduct regular review meetings, to monitor and report on project progress
  • Cooperate with account managers, to manage the relationship with the customer
  • Identify training needs and other improvement opportunities and report accordingly
  • Coordinate final project review meetings and lessons learnt sessions, to ensure that project experience is transformed to corporate knowledge
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Ensure alignment with SABO PMO governance, methodologies, and reporting standards while collaborating on resource planning, risk management, and portfolio tracking

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
  • Project management certification will be considered an asset
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
  • Experience in a similar position of 5+ years
  • Excellent command of Greek and English (written and spoken)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Problem solving skills and mindset
  • Solid commercial understanding
  • Availability to travel abroad
