Project Manager

Position: Project Manager (Remote)

The ideal candidate will take ownership of the end-to-end tendering and proposal process, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality, competitive submissions that align with company goals and tender requirements.

: The position is based in Athens, Greece, and fluency in Greek, both spoken and written, is mandatory. Applications from candidates who do not meet this requirement will not be considered.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze tender documents, requests for proposals (RFPs), and other bid requests to understand requirements, technical specifications and submission proposal.
• Develop a comprehensive tender strategy in collaboration with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and technical experts.
• Coordinate and manage the preparation of all required documentation including both technical and financial proposals, ensuring compliance with tender specifications.
• Liaise with clients, partners, and subcontractors to clarify tender requirements and resolve queries.
• Assess risks associated with tenders and proposals and ensure alignment with company policies and legal requirements.
• Monitor compliance with applicable regulations, industry standards, and internal quality controls.
• Research market trends and competitors' approaches to tendering and proposals to identify opportunities for differentiation.
• Deliver client training sessions and demonstrate application use

Required Skills:

• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in bid/tender/proposal management or a similar role.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and resilience under tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of tendering procedures, contract law, and procurement processes.
• Proficiency in document preparation tools (e.g., MS Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat).
• Ability to analyze and interpret technical and commercial information.
• Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills for international collaboration and client interaction.
