**Operations / Floor Manager**
**Αρμοδιότητες και καθήκοντα για τη θέση**:
- Σχεδιασμός, εφαρμογή, τήρηση και παρακολούθηση λειτουργικών διαδικασιών σε ενδοτμηματικό και διατμηματικό επίπεδο
- Καθοδήγηση τμημάτων, βάσει ειδικών εσωτερικών κλινικών πρωτοκόλλων
- Ανάπτυξη επιχειρησιακών διαδικασιών με γνώμονα την επίτευξη στόχων
- Παρακολούθηση action plans και deadlines
- Project management
- Επίβλεψη ροής ασθενών σε κλινικό, διαγνωστικό, θεραπευτικό και χειρουργικό επίπεδο
- Οργάνωση ιατρείων και χειρουργικών sessions
- Παρακολούθηση συστήματος ποιότητας EN ISO 9001:2015
- Reporting process (analytics, metrics, reviews, insights)
- Χειρισμός CRM και ERP λογισμικών
- Σχεδιασμός ωραρίων εργαζομένων (shifts) με επάρκεια πόρων
- Medical inventory & office supplies monitoring
- Day-to-day operations
- Clinic efficiency
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:
- BSc / MSc σε διοίκηση επιχειρήσεων ή σε σχετικό πεδίο
- Άριστη γνώση Αγγλικών
- Άριστη γνώση Η/Υ
- Γνώση προγραμμάτων ERP, CRM, Project Management
- Υψηλές επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες
- Ηγετικά χαρακτηριστικά
- Μεταδοτικότητα
- Οργάνωση χρόνου

- Πνεύμα ομαδικότητας και συνεργασίας (team playing)
- Αναλυτική σκέψη
- Ευελιξία και προσαρμοστικότητα
- Προϋπηρεσία σε τμήμα Operations (θα ληφθεί υπόψιν)
